Day - 1 : Guwahati to Shillong
Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly received by our representative and begin your scenic journey towards Shillong, the charming capital of Meghalaya. The drive takes you through winding hill roads and breathtaking landscapes, with the first stop at the picturesque Umiam Lake, popularly known as Barapani. Surrounded by rolling hills and dense pine forests, this beautiful reservoir offers a perfect introduction to Meghalaya’s natural beauty.
Continuing your journey, visit the serene Mini Pahalgam at Laitmawsiang, a hidden gem known for its crystal-clear streams, lush greenery, and tranquil riverside setting. Upon reaching Shillong, explore some of the city’s most prominent attractions including the Don Bosco Museum, which showcases the rich culture and heritage of Northeast India, the magnificent Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, the peaceful Ward’s Lake, and the historic Shillong Golf Course, one of the oldest natural golf courses in Asia.
After sightseeing, check in to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy leisure time at the vibrant Police Bazaar, Shillong’s bustling commercial hub filled with shops, cafés, and local markets. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day - 2 : Shillong to Cherrapunjee
After breakfast, proceed towards Cherrapunjee, one of the wettest places on Earth and a destination renowned for its dramatic landscapes and spectacular waterfalls. En route, visit the beautiful Elephant Falls, a three-tiered waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation, followed by Shillong Peak, the highest point in the region offering panoramic views of Shillong city and the surrounding hills.
As you continue towards Cherrapunjee, stop at the breathtaking Mawkdok Dympep View Point, where deep valleys and verdant cliffs create a mesmerizing panorama. Upon arrival in Cherrapunjee, visit the iconic Nohkalikai Falls, India's tallest plunge waterfall, famous for both its beauty and local folklore. Continue to Seven Sisters Falls, a magnificent multi-tiered waterfall cascading down limestone cliffs, before exploring the fascinating limestone formations inside Mawsmai Cave. End the day at Eco Park, where stunning views of the surrounding valleys and the plains of Bangladesh await on clear days.

Day - 3 : Cherrapunjee Sightseeing and Return to Shillong
After breakfast, continue exploring the lesser-known yet equally stunning attractions of Cherrapunjee. Begin with a visit to Arwah Cave, known for its ancient fossil formations and impressive limestone structures. The cave provides a fascinating glimpse into the geological history of the region.
Proceed to the beautiful Mawsawa Falls and the spectacular Mawsawdong Falls, one of Meghalaya’s most photogenic waterfalls, where crystal-clear waters flow through dramatic rocky landscapes. Continue to Prut Falls and Lyngksiar Falls, both offering serene natural settings ideal for photography and relaxation. Visit the picturesque Wah Kaba Falls, a seasonal waterfall that cascades gracefully through dense greenery. Depending on available time and interest, you may also explore the enchanting Garden of Caves, a natural attraction featuring caves, streams, waterfalls, and lush walking trails.
Later in the afternoon, drive back to Shillong. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You may choose to revisit Police Bazaar for shopping, local cuisine, or simply enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the hill station. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day - 4 : Shillong to Guwahati Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed for the remaining sightseeing attractions in and around Shillong. Visit the spectacular Laitlum Canyon, one of Meghalaya’s most breathtaking viewpoints, offering sweeping vistas of deep valleys, rolling hills, and distant villages. The dramatic scenery and fresh mountain air make it one of the most memorable destinations in the region.
If time permits, enjoy a final visit to Police Bazaar for last-minute shopping and souvenirs before beginning your journey back to Guwahati. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
